This application suite is developed, maintained, and operated by JORGE VIEIRA RODRIGUES and WAYNE JOHNSON (Vieira Apps).

  • Email address;
  • Basic profile picture (optional, provided via Google Sign-In).

Purposes of collection:

  • User identification and authentication;
  • Secure cloud backup and cross-device synchronization of your personal financial records via Google Cloud / Firebase Firestore;
  • Essential customer service and critical security updates.

Google Sign-In and Google OAuth Compliance:

Our applications utilize Google identity services (Google OAuth 2.0) solely for identity verification. In strict adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy:

  • We do not request access to, inspect, or store your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or calendars;
  • We do not transfer, disclose, or sell Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers;
  • Authentication tokens are securely exchanged and encrypted using Firebase Authentication.

Sensitive Personal Data:

We never collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, medical records, or biometric data.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data persistence is managed on secure Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. We will only disclose information if required by law or to respond to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention

Your information is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy. Upon receiving a data deletion request, your records are permanently purged from our databases.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)

You have the right to review, update, or permanently delete your account and all associated financial records at any time.
